These Terms govern your use of the ALSOM website and your enrollment in our program.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or registering, you agree to these Terms. If you do not, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information.

3. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

4. Enrollment & Fees

A non-refundable registration fee is due at sign-up.
Tuition payments via Zelle, PayPal, or PushPay are due monthly; refunds only within 30 days.

5. Use of Services

You agree to use our site and program only for lawful, educational purposes.

7. User Content

Essays and forum posts you submit remain your property, but you grant ALSOM a license to use them educationally.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Harassment, piracy, and infringement are strictly prohibited.

9. Instructor Contact & Off-Platform Interactions

(a) Official Channels. “Official Channels” means (i) ALSOM’s website and learning tools, (ii) ALSOM-scheduled virtual classroom sessions, and (iii) ALSOM email addresses published on our Contact page or otherwise designated by ALSOM (e.g., info@alccschoolofministry.org).

(b) No Direct Contact with Instructors Outside Official Channels. Students must not contact any instructor outside Official Channels or scheduled class hours. Prohibited contacts include, without limitation, personal calls, texts, messaging apps, social media, or in-person meetings.

(c) No Off-Platform Dealings. Students must not request, offer, or enter into any off-platform dealings with instructors—whether business, financial, mentoring/ coaching, counseling/advice, or services—paid or unpaid.

(d) Reporting. Suspected violations must be reported promptly to the Program Coordinator or Provost at info@alccschoolofministry.org.

(e) Enforcement. ALSOM may investigate and take appropriate action for violations, which may include warnings, loss of access to services, suspension, or dismissal without refund, consistent with these Terms.

(f) Allocation of Risk. Off-platform contacts and dealings occur outside ALSOM’s program. ALSOM disclaims all responsibility and liability for any outcomes, advice, services, losses, injuries, or disputes arising from such interactions. Students agree that such interactions are at their own risk and further agree to indemnify and hold ALSOM harmless from claims arising out of any breach of this Section, in addition to the Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability and Indemnification provisions below.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

ALSOM provides content “as is” and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend ALSOM against any claims arising from your use.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New York State.

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms; we will post updates with a new Effective Date.
